Both prices are per trading pair per month. Each plan includes liquidity provision, order book depth, spread management, and 24/7 desk monitoring. Normal includes standard depth/spread targets and weekly email reporting. Advanced covers the same one pair with deeper custom depth, tighter spreads, client monitoring UI, daily reporting plus Telegram, priority support, and a monthly review call.
Advanced plan clients get a web dashboard for their pair: live depth and spread vs targets, quote uptime, and KPI alerts. Normal plan reporting is by weekly email — no client UI login.
Yes — plans are billed monthly. Contact us before your next billing cycle to change tier or cancel. We recommend notice before go-live changes so we can adjust risk limits smoothly.
Standard onboarding is included in the monthly fee subject to eligibility review. Custom inventory or multi-venue setups may be quoted separately after the discovery call.
The subscription covers our market making service, monitoring, and reporting. Inventory and capital arrangements are agreed separately based on your token, venue, and risk profile.
This is defined in your agreement — typically the client or project provides inventory within agreed limits, while we manage quoting and risk parameters on the book.
We request the minimum scope required: trade and read on agreed pairs. We do not need withdrawal permissions. Keys should be IP-restricted where the exchange supports it.
Most engagements go live within 1–2 weeks after API access and risk limits are confirmed, depending on exchange approvals and testing.
Order book depth (levels and size), bid-ask spread, fill rates, and uptime against agreed targets — delivered weekly on Normal and daily on Advanced.
Wash trading creates fake volume without real liquidity. Market making provides genuine two-sided quotes and depth so third parties can trade — measured by spread and book quality, not vanity volume.
Our activity is scoped to the agreed market making mandate. Conflicts and prop activity are disclosed and bounded in your service agreement.
